The Little Kennebec Bay Shores Homeowner's Association was incorporated as a Maine nonprofit in 2006, and maintains a mailing address of PO Box 6332, China Village, Maine 04926.

 

The purpose of this Association is to provide for the maintenance & operation of Little Kennebec Bay Shores subdivision common areas. The subdivision consists of 22 lots situated along Collins Cove Rd, in the town of Machiasport Maine.

 

Membership consists of the property owners in the Little Kennebec Bay Shores Subdivision, and the owner(s) of each lot have one vote in the Association.

 

An elected Board of Directors administer the association, having a maximum of 5 officers. We have a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Member(s) at large, and we are all volunteers. The association holds an Annual General meeting once/year for all members, in addition to board meetings which occur quarterly.  

 

The board welcomes all comments and suggestions from our members, and we encourage members to become actively involved with our HOA.
